PIM Engineering is a contracting company involved in intensive installation works for engineering services. If the concept project will be done by PIM Engineering from the beginning, all the calculations is done and the main concept is defined. All the regarding documentation, bill of quantity, specifications are created about the project. Application projects and all sort of details and documentation works are done with coordination of company and contractor by following the concept project.
If an application project will be done, all the calculations, drawings and documents are controlled according to their accuracy and compliance with international standards in this direction will be checked and prepared an implementation report.
Having established the required coordination amongst employer, designer and contractor, any faults and deficiencies with any design or engineering will be identified and corrected. After meeting with approval of prepared projects, details and documentation the application starts at the site.

ENGINEERING
Detailed design, shop drawings, equipment specification, technical data sheet, bulk material take off, bill of quantity, submit to company for approval, red line mark-up procedure, as-installed drawings, TAB & validation procedure, commissioning, as-built, training manual for operation team, spare parts interchangeability list (SPILS), operation & maintenance guide.
MATERIAL APPROVAL AND PURCHASING
The approval, purchasing, transportation, insurance and storage of materials and equipments for mechanical systems according to technical specifications and contract documents.
INSTALLATION AND APPLICATION SERVICES
Our company provides application services for the following subject matters. The service provided under the capacity of contractor comprises material provision, manufacturing -assembling, test works- commissioning (test & commissioning), theoretical and practical personnel training, and under the optional agreement comprises provision of “operation, services and maintenance”.
